Brand new - these aren't packaged (they are meant to sit in a big glass jar on the shop counter - rest assured ours have not been man-handled!)

All items come carefully packaged from a smoke-free, pet-free home.

We're happy to refund you on any item that doesn't 100% delight you - just send us an email at ebay@craftie-charlie.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We'll send you a returns form to include with your parcel (so we don't receive any 'mystery' ones!) then pop your unused items back in the packaging and send them back to us. We'll refund the cost of the item and your original p&p (we only refund return postage on faulty items - this helps us keep the cost of all our super items down).
