RARE ANTIQUE INDONESION CARVED HANDLE

"KRIS"DAGGER/SWORD

 

This lovely old Kris dagger has a beautifully carved handle, with a long snaked blade.

There is also a pattern embossed into the full length of the blade.

I know very little about this type of item, though I am told this dagger is authentic.

I have taken close up pics, so you can judge for yourself. 

 

 

Condition

 There is one very  tiny chip to the carved handle (way to small to photograph.)

There is some light surface rust to the blade, other than that there are no splits or cracks to the carved handle, and the handle is firmly attached to the blade.
