            To find top quality Georgian furniture in Australia is very rare and let alone to find it offered on eBay with this unheard price is even more remarkable, but it’s true so pay attention.

On offer is this superb early Georgian flame mahogany toilet mirror in exceptional original condition with approx circa of 1790’s-1810.  This item was another acquisition from this amazing Victorian rural mansion where the previous owner paid $1,900.00 for the piece some two years ago together with its very closely matching chest offered in a separate auction.

The mirror structurally is of exceptional condition and requires no attention what so ever and is free from any serious damage, repairs or imperfections.  It contains three drawers in total, a large central drawer to the center, which is flanked to either side, by a pair of smaller drawers with solid brass handles.  The central drawer is hallmarked to the lock by which its easy to trace back the age and the origin of the piece, but without a key at this current stage but will cut one IF the lock is in working order at no cost to the buyer.

The entire piece is situated on four highly unusual but yet very fine turned legs that really gives this piece that truly superb look and this is then replicated to the very top of the mirror support.  And as for the mirror it’s the original one and for its age its holding up in really good shape, as expected some minimal ware is visible but its nothing for its age.

All in all these piece retail for well over $1,800.00 but my reserve is well bellow that so don’t miss out on this superb piece at very good buying price as they don’t come around very often, all the best.
