By Connecting your Story and Clark piano to your laptop's USB port, you can access the internet and choose of 100's of software programs designed to teach you to play.
Compose Music
You can compose everything from simple songs to multi track arrangements using PNOscan along with sequencing software.
Pratice and Record
Students can record their pratice sessions and play them back on their computer. Hear your childs improvement over time, monitor their practice even if you were out while they played, or submit pratice sessions to their piano teacher for review. You can even record family and friends and make your own CD's.
Email your Performances
You can email performances to family, friends or your piano teacher, using your laptop.
Print Sheet Music
Our digitized keystrokes can easily be converted to standard music notation and printed out using your computer and printer.

Instead of your computer, you can also connect your Story & Clark piano to a sound module and you'll have all the magic of MIDI at your fingertips. This is great news for performing musicians because now you don't have to sacrifice the touch and feel of playing on an acoustic piano to get all the benifits and features of a digital piano. Being able to interface with the digital world makes Story & Clark acoustic pianos studio and stage ready to easily record performances, layer sounds and enhance creativity.
Warranty Information
All instruments are guaranteed against faulty manufacture or workmanship for a period of 15 years from the date of purchase. Warranty does not extend to:
· Any damage whatsoever caused by the purchaser.
· Normal wear and tear.
· Accidental damage howsoever caused.
· Damage caused by using any cleaning agent, device or cloth, other than what was supplied, if supplied, with the instrument or recommended by Jouelline Strings .(Conditional upon the supplied cleaning cloth being free of oil, grease, dirt or other debris.)
· Cost of return for warranty is paid by the purchaser, Jouelline Strings will pay for the return of the repaired/replaced instrument to you.
Policy for Returning Items:
Refunds and exchanges on reeds, mouthpieces, strings and other accessories are not accepted due to the personal nature of the products. These products are non-returnable unless there is a known manufacturing fault or defect.
Defective Items:
Defective products must be returned to Jouelline Strings within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement; Items will be replaced with the product originally purchased. For products that cannot be replaced due to unavailability, a full refund will be offered. All care is taken in relation to the handling of these items during shipping and handling.
How to Return your product:
1. Contact Jouelline Strings at sales@jouellinestrings.com.au A representative will evaluate your return request and record all the necessary product return information and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). You will also be provided with address details of where to send your return. You should not send your item without an "RAN"
2. Send your item to the return address provided with your RAN clearly displayed on and inside the return packaging.
3. Once the return has been received and processed, a replacement product will be forwarded.
Important:
- Jouelline Strings are not liable for any charges incurred in returning goods to our premises.
- The return must be received by Jouelline Strings within (14) fourteen days of the RAN Number being issued.
- Replacement products will only be forwarded after the faulty item has been received by Jouelline Strings All returns must have an RAN Number.
- Products that are returned to Jouelline Strings without an RAN clearly displayed will be returned to sender
