This is no ordinary winch: The Razorback 12,000 gives you a full 12,000 lbs of pulling capacity with ease thanks to the new larger 6.6 hp Series Wound motor.
Our new range of winches are Synthetic rope friendly,unlike regular winch's the Razorback 12,000 has an automatic cone brake, there is no heat build-up in the drum like usual in-the-drum-brakes. With this and the highly water resistant features and design the new Razorback 4x4 Winches are built to last.
The endurance and reliability of our New 12,000 winch is a result of an upgraded heavy duty contactor for increased durability also incorporates a high-speed, three-stage planetary geartrain for fast, smooth, and dependable operation.
For the ultimate in good looks and corrosion resistance, the winch wears a durable, glossy-black powder-coated finish. Much of the hardware, including the clutch lever, is stainless steel for added protection against the elements.
The New 12,000 winch also features extreme duty gasket to gearbox sealing to keep the elements out.

Yes, we have a retail store operating in Gawler, South Australia. We have over 22 years of experience in the communications industry dealing with rural, country and 4WD customers!
You can visit us at our retail store or at our website, however, any sales originating from eBay must be finalised through the eBay checkout process, but you're welcome to collect and pay for your item from our store after prior notice, see our terms in this listing.
Can I pick up my item?
Yes. All orders can be picked up at our Gawler retail showroom. Items can be paid for at the time of collection or pre-paid.
Pickup times are Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please contact us 24-48 hours before pickup so we can have your item picked and ready for collection. Some items are not available for pickup immediately (as they must be transferred fom our warehouse) so we do require prior notice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal and Bank Deposit; or Mastercard and Visa Card over the phone. We also accept EFTPOS or cash when collected in store. Please use the eBay checkout page found within every winning listing or Buy It Now for full instructions on how to pay for your item.
Do your items include GST?

When we dispatch your item, you will receive an email from us with your parcel tracking details.
If it has been dispatched by Australia Post, it can be tracked at www.eparcel.com.au. If the item has been dispatched via a courier, the tracking details and website will be located in the email we send. Please check the Australia Post website for expected delivey times to your location.
Please note that we can only lodge an enquiry with Australia Post 10 days after the item was sent.

We ship 95% of items via Australia Post's Registered eParcel directly from our warehouse.
Goods will generally be posted within 24-72 hours during weekdays from receipt of verified payment. We strongly suggest you complete checkout promptly to ensure your name and address details are correct and up to date.
Certain items are either too long or heavy for Australia Post. In this event, your item will be shipped via a courier. This will be clearly stated in the listing.

Pick-up is available after prior arrangement from our retail store, as stock must be transferred from the warehouse to the retail store.
You must supply us with at least 48 hours notice, and strictly between 9am - 5pm Tuesday to Friday to avoid disappointment. Pickup is not available Mondays, weekends or after business hours.

In the rare event that a item is temporarily unavailable or out of stock from our warehouse, a staff member will contact you as soon as practically possible, so we can advise of the anticipated delay.

Postage costs quoted in listings is inclusive of postal cost, registration for tracking, packaging and handling, and courier handling fees to Australia Post in processing your eBay purchase. We are contracted to Australia Post via an electronic eParcel system, and they collect 95% of items directly from our warehouse under this agreement.
