A snorkel relocates your engine's air intake point from a relatively low and vulnerable position under the bonnet or inside a fender to a much higher and safer location where a constant source of cool, clean air is available.
Ideally suited to off road use where water crossings would otherwise put your engine at risk.

Razorback 4x4 Snorkel Construction and Warranty :
Did you know that snorkels from Razorback 4x4 are manufactured from LLDPE?
LLDPE (Linear Low Density Poly Ethylene) has higher tensile strength and higher impact and puncture resistance than regular LDPE, PE ,Poly Propylene or Fibreglass made snorkels.
It is flexible and elongates under stress greatly reducing the risk of cracking or physical damage. It can be used to make thinner but stronger snorkel walls, with a far better environmental stress cracking resistance. It has good resistance to chemicals, wont deform or deteriorate with exposure to Petrol or Diesel and exhibits a superior resistance to ultraviolet radiation greatly reducing the incidence of fading.
It is with this type of construction that we confidently offer a 15 month warranty against fading, cracking, distorting or any manufacturer defects. (freight costs not covered by warranty)

Can I pick up my item? |

Yes. All orders can be picked up at our Gawler retail showroom. Items can be paid for at the time of collection or pre-paid.
Pickup times are Tuesday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please contact us 24-48 hours before pickup so we can have your item picked and ready for collection. Some items are not available for pickup immediately (as they must be transferred fom our warehouse) so we do require prior notice. |

We ship 95% of items via Australia Post's Registered eParcel directly from our warehouse.
Goods will generally be posted within 24-72 hours during weekdays from receipt of verified payment. We strongly suggest you complete checkout promptly to ensure your name and address details are correct and up to date. |

Certain items are either too long or heavy for Australia Post. In this event, your item will be shipped via a courier. This will be clearly stated in the listing.

We offer freight and handling insurance, as we accept no responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. If you take freight and handling insurance, your item comes damaged in transit or never arrives, you are protected.
Without freight and handling insurance, any loss or damage claim arising from transport or handling must claimed directly through Australia Post at the nearest post office to destination by the purchaser. We accept no responsibility for any items damaged in transit if insurance is not accepted at checkout. |

Pick-up is available after prior arrangement from our retail store, as stock must be transferred from the warehouse to the retail store.
You must supply us with at least 48 hours notice, and strictly between 9am - 5pm Tuesday to Friday to avoid disappointment. Pickup is not available Mondays, weekends or after business hours.

In the rare event that a item is temporarily unavailable or out of stock from our warehouse, a staff member will contact you as soon as practically possible, so we can advise of the anticipated delay.
