Toby is a sleeping Reborn Baby Boy with a gorgeous head of strawberry blonde hair.
He is extremely cuddly and will curl up in your arms for hours.

~ Toby's complexion was achieved using Genesis heat-set paints, these paints are heat set in an oven and done so between each coat making them permanent. ~
~ Toby has a healthy newborn mottled complexion with subtle veining. ~

~ His hair has been meticulously micro-rooted by hand using a 38g Ultra needle, inserting just a few hairs at a time.
Following the natural growth pattern that real baby hair would naturally grow.
He has the most life-like hair & scalp!

Please note : his hair appears to be really strawberry red..it is due to the contrasting of the black.

~ Toby has soft strawberry blonde baby hair, only the highest quality premium mohair is used on my babies.
~ Many hours were spent hand rooting his hair using an extra fine felting needle to give him a nice even head of hair.~

~ I have sealed the hair on the inside so his hair can be gently wet, combed and styled to your liking, Styles can easily be changed by slightly wetting the hair with Still Moments Nursery Mohair Conditioner or wet a baby brush and then style.

~ Toby has had a full Manicure and Pedicure, carefully detailing each nail.
Each nail has been tipped, shaded and sealed to add to his realism, he even has tiny moons.~

~ His hands and feet have been blushed and highlighted in all the right places.

~ Toby's lips are shaded in a soft newborn pink colour with a sucking blister on his top lip.
They have been sealed to protect them and give a slight shine.~

Toby has a few tiny scratches from his nails.

~ He has a soft Doe sued jointed cloth body in perfect proportion made by Bountiful Baby. ~
His limbs have been weighted with tiny glass pellets and sealed to prevent leakage, his body has been filled and weighted
with a combination of polly pellets and soft poly fill.

~ He has a soft, cuddly and floppy body just like a real baby and him feels incredibly real
when you pick him up and when holding him.

~ Please note that baby Toby is not a child's toy,
but is a beautiful collectible work of art to be handled carefully.
He will be cherished and handed down for generations. ~
