Vinyl Gradings:

Mint:

Record: - New condition, never played and or no surface marks or loss of sound quality.

Cover: - New condition, no surface marks or wear.

Near Mint:

Record: - Barely noticeable surface marks with no loss of sound quality.

Cover: - Barely noticeable marks or surface wear.

Excellent:

Record: - Some signs of being played with little or no loss of sound quality.

Cover: - Slight signs of surface wear.

Very Good:

Record: - Noticeable surface marks and the occasional light sratches but exhibits no major loss of sound quality.

Cover: - Noticeable wear, slight writing and stains.

Good:

Record: - Noticeable surface marks and exhibits major loss of sound quality.

Cover: - Noticeable wear, writing and stains.

Fair:

Record: - Still just playable and exhibits considerable surface noise.

Cover: - Major tears, wearing, writing and stains.

Poor:

Record: - Will not play properly due to scratches or slight warping.

Cover: - Very worn and or badly damaged.

Note!  Gradings are carried out by visual inspection unless they appear to be questionable by noticing surface marks on the vinyl.  It is then played to check.  Comments then will appear about the condition in the listing of the record.  All records are cleaned before inspection is carried out.  All 7" records are placed in their original sleeve if available.  If not available, they are placed in a white acid free paper sleeve.  All records are then placed in plastic sleeves for protection before posting out.

Note!  All buyers purchasing, INSURANCE is offered at an additional charge.  If you wish your item to be packaged and or posted in a different way other than listed, please contact me for an amended postage price.  REGISTERED Post is also available at an additional charge.  Please contact me if you wish to have this.

Note!  I post within 72 hours of payment clearing, unless there are public holidays in this period.  Your will be notified when payment is recieved and you will also be notified of when the items have been posted.

Regular delivery can take up to 2 - 5 days to reach it's destination, depending on which part of the country you live.

Terms and Conditions:

1.  Please do not bid if you don't intend to finalise the transaction.  It forces me to file a dispute, whereby you will be blocked from purchasing from me again and you will have payment strikes awarded as well as negative feedback given.

2.  Do not bid if you are not happy with the pricing of the items, postage, listed terms and conditions.  Pricing is an individuals perception on what they think the item is worth.  Please respect sellers rights and not make accusations and send abusive emails because your opinion is not shared by others.  If you are not happy with this, you are asked to move onto another site that is more to your liking.

3.  I do not accept responsibility for people not reading the information provided.

4.  I do not accept responsibility for loss or damaged goods as a result of Australia Post's mishandling of posted items.  If they are lost or damaged, you must put a claim with Australia Post to recover costs.  Care is taken when packaging but if no insurance is payed for, then NO responsibility will be accepted.  Paypal also provides it's own insurance for all buyers using their service.

5.  All photo's provided in the listing are as a guide.  I am not a professional photographer.  I will do my best to capture the item in detail.

6.  Description of the item/s are of my own interpretation.  I do not claim to be an expert, but I try my best to describe in detail.  If you are unsure of the interpretation, or you would like to know more, or you would like other pictures, do not hesitate to ask.  I cannot take any responsibility for people not taking the opportunity when they had time to do so.

7.  By bidding / purchasing the item, you are accepting my interpretation and grading of the item.  Keeping in mind interpretations vary from person to person.

Note!  Pick-up is not available.  As previous buyers have not kept previously arranged appointments I have been forced to cancel this as an option.  EBAY is only a hobby business in my spare time.  I do not have time to waste because buyers do not show any consideration for other people.

Contact is to be made within 3 working days.  Payment is to be made within 10 working days.

Non payment or No contact made: - I will only send 3 payment reminders.  If payment is not recieved a dispute will be filed so I can get my "Final Credit Fee" cancelled from my monthly account.  You will be blocked from purchasing from me, a non-payment strike will be issued, and if threatened I will contact EBAY immediately and your message will be forwarded.  This may result in suspension, so think very carefully before acting.

I do not force people to be inconsiderate and not pay for items, so do not blame me for your actions.

Most EBAY buyers are honest, friendly people who are a pleasure to deal with.  Sadly there has been an increase in people winning items and paying for them.

Feedback is important.  For no other reason that I consider the transaction to be incomplete until you have recieved your item/s and are satisfied.
