A native of South Africa where it likes light to medium soils in an open, sunny position. It dislikes both drought and frost.

An evergreen perennial of the Lily family which grows to a height of 1 metre with a spread of 1 metre. The stem is erect and flowering; the leaves long and linear arranged as a basal rosette are bluish-green; the flowers occurring in a dense erect terminal spike 50cm long are red and yellow.  

Offered is a packet of 25 seeds and Grownotes to assist you to cultivate this lovely lily.

All my seed is posted in bubble wrap protection.
