This might fit a small Women's size: the chest measures 22" across pit to pit flat, Sleeves are 30" long from Mid neck seam to end of cuff, and it is 24" long in the back from the mid neck seam to end of hem in back. NO problems, not a seconds. There are Zero smoking or other odors. Made of Sturdy Nylon ripstop rip stop cloth with a Urethane backing. Velcro Cuffs and collar. Big Mesh bag pocket on the front.
