Sizing guide

• (A) Bust - Measure around the fullest part,arms at your side.
• (B) Waist - Measure around the natural waist above the hips.
• (C) Hip - Measure 20cm down from the natural waist (pease make allowances for petite and tall cases).

Please note that garment lengths and sizes (including table above) are only an approximate and may vary depending on make and material of garment and body shape. The above sizing chart may not apply to all garments.Please ensure you read the terms and conditions before purchasing your item.

Shipping & Handling

• Please note that item will be dispatched via registered post. Postage and handling is not negotiable under any circumstances.
• Please note that once item has been dispatched we cannot be held responsible if courier company (Australia Post) fails to deliver item within specified time. While we will do our best to ensure the item reaches you in a timely manner, certain circumstances are out of our control.
• Combined postage is available with other garments only, for $4.50 extra per additional garment (the most expensive postage will be full price then discount thereafter).
• Please do not check out until you have finished bidding on all items so that the total price can be sent out.
• All orders are processed during business hours , Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm AEST time.
• Please note that no orders will processed on public holidays or weekends.
• Pick-up & Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT POSSIBLE.
• All items are located in our Brisbane warehouse (not overseas) and are ready for immediate dispatch.
• All items must be paid in full within seven days of auction ending,otherwise an unpaid item strike will be issued.

Payment methods

	1) Direct Bank Deposit This is the preferred payment method as payment usually goes through the same day, therefore, item can be dispatched at a faster rate. If paying via this method please ensure user ID or item number is entered in the reference / description section of deposit slip. Failure to do so will result in delays!
	2) Money Order Please allow for a delay if paying via this method as it takes time for the money order to reach us.Please ensure you enter your user ID and item number on the back of the envelope so that we can identify payment as yours.
	3) Personal Cheque If paying via this method please allow a delay for cheque to reach us and also for cheque to clear (usually 3-5 days). Item will not be posted until cheque has cleared.Please ensure you enter your user ID and item number on the back of the envelope so that we can identify payment as yours.

Warranty & disclaimer

• All garments are brand new and are not pre-loved or manufacturers seconds.
• If you find the garment does not fit you, please notify us immediately and return the garment in the same re-sellable condition you received it in with all the tags still attached along with your 'Return Form'. Postage costs of returning the garment is at the buyer's expense and must be posted back via registered post. If stock is available we will swap the garment for another size, otherwise a store credit note ONLY (not including postage costs) will be provided.
• A refund will ONLY be considered if the garment is not as described or there is a manufacturers defect, otherwise a store credit note will be provided. In all cases the postage cost will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for all postage costs in returning the item.
• If a negative or neutral feedback has been left without notifying us of any concerns or before we have had a chance to repsond to your concern, buyer forfeits all future assistance.
