Reg Johnson Bisque Porcelain Young Man China Figurine

Description:
This is a fabulous bisque porcelain china figurine by "Reginald A. Johnson and Sons".  This finely modeled figure has an unglazed matt cream bisque finish.  The figure stands on a base having a gilded rim.  The young man sits on a naturalistic tree stump, having a basket of grapes by his side.  He wears 18th Century attire, wearing breeches and a jacket, the features of his face finely defined beneath a mop of curly hair.  A beautiful piece in classic 18th Century style.  The base of the figure bears the "Reg Johnson and Sons - Made in England" logo and "Porcelain".

The figure dates from the late 20th Century.

Condition:
The figure is in excellent original condition having no chips or cracks or old repairs.
