Lovely ruched Regatta Woman black skirt. It is second hand but has only been worn a handful of times so is in good condition. Comes down to mid calf approx. Has a small tear (approx 1 cm) on a side hem right at the bottom. It should be able to be sewn up and nobody would even be able to tell.
