This is a Lovely Unit it was designed & built to Australian Standards and is constructed of Quality Materials. It was manufactured in 96 for my mother while she lived with us at a previous property. It has since been relocated to a property while we built a new home. We have faced the Unit towards the shed and attached it via a small hallway and utilized the Kitchen / Bathroom while we built. This is why there are no front on photos available, see photos & plans for detail. There is a temporary passage way attaching it to the shed which I will remove after sale. I will arrange the disconnection of the services, the Flat is equipped with Circuit breakers, 240Volt Smoke Detector, Off Peak Switch for Hot Water and its own Meter all Located in a Power Box outside. The unit is transportable on a standard Low-Loader and will need a crane to be loaded at its current location, I will be happy to assist with relocation and have access to transport & cranage. Approximate costing to relocate, Loading $1000 - Transport subject to destination Drysdale to Melbourne Area Approx $1000. Buyer to pay all Transportation costs.
