Up for auction is this stunning retro dining suite, crafted by Gainsborough Furniture in the 60’s. It features 6 fabulous dining chairs, with gorgeous mid-century timber frames, that are finished in a cream and gold patterned vinyl upholstery, with studded backs and gold piping, they are sure to impress. The set also comes with a matching dining table with maple inlay, and I’m also including a matching coffee table too. That’s 8 pieces!  This is a great examples of Australian made, mid-century design and would look great in any retro inspired space for years to come.

Condition :
This set presents beautifully for its age, and has been lovingly cared for over the years.  All the chairs are in pristine condition - that includes the frames, vinyl upholstery and piping. As to is the coffee table, and the dining table, both with scratch free tops. The only thing worth a mention is a slight wobble in the legs of the dining table – hardly noticeable.  Overall, this is an exceptional set, in fabulous condition.

Inspection/Collection :

Item is located in Northcote, Victoria.     Due to limited space, please arrange pickup within 6 days of auction's end, unless arranged prior.

Inspection and pickup times are as follows;

• Monday through Wednesday 9am - 3pm
• Thursday 1pm - 7pm
• Saturday 9am - 1pm.
