A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
If you are paying with Paypal, the item now has to be sent via Registered or Express Post. If it fits in a 500g or 3kg satchel it will be sent express. I am happy to combine shipping. Just let me know if the item is ending later.
