100% Refund issued in full, only if a replacement is not available, if required due to FAULTY ITEM/NOT AS DESCRIBED (OUR error).

v  Postage costs of returning the item to us will be reimbursed to you.

v  Request for refund, replacement or exchanges must be made via Ebay messages link within 7 days of receiving your item.

v  Item must be returned to us in its original condition & unworn (ok to try clothing on) within a further 7 days from contacting us, before refund/replacement is issued.
