We try to ship all orders within 24-48 hours, weekdays. We ship most orders via Australia Post.
We ship Worldwide using International Airmail from Perth, Australia. Insurance is optional, Item will be shipped within 48 hours of full payment.
Allow additional time for EFT and direct bank deposits.
Australia allow 1 to 5 business days
International Shipping
International Airmail 5 to 11 business days to USA, UK.
Some locations may take additional time.
We recommend insurance as Australia Post offers a very good shipping service but is not perfect. Our experience shows that about 1 out of 1,000 packages may go missing, and we are sorry to say we cannot be responsible if loss occurs. Once the item is shipped, we do not take any liability for damage or items lost in the post system.

We DO NOT ship to any Eastern European countries at all including Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary, Turkey, Croatia, Cyprus, Latvia. We do not ship to the Middle East or South American countries. Due to new German laws and E-Bay policy we ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO GERMANY. Please ask if you have any special handling requests.
Combined Shipping
We are pleased to combine shipping when possible but kindly request all items be paid at the same time.
Damaged items
We pack all items carefully and in the unlikely event of a damaged item (excluding shipping damage); please contact us immediately and save all packaging. Items not insured and damaged in transit are not our responsibility.
FAQ
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We do guarantee you get the item as advertised, and any errors on our behalf (excluding postage & shipping) will gladly and promptly be corrected. Any shipping costs for returns will be reimbursed. You must contact us within 7 days of reciept of goods and we will give instructions for return shipping.
Should I contact you to check on my order?
Please allow sufficient time to your order to get there before contacting us.
How do you handle feedback?
We are pleased to leave feedback once left for us, as we have an automated program that is updated daily to reciprocate. Please contact us before leaving any negative comments as a courtesy, since most problems if any, are easily solved.
Can I ask you about wholesale orders?
If you have a request for a large volume wholesale quantities, we do welcome your enquiry. Our high quality products are in high demand, and we are always keen to talk to potential International Distributors and Agents. Our manufacturing plant can currently produce up to 1 million bags per month. Bags sizes and design scan be customised to meet your requirements.
