2: The gel will then generate heat around 40 degrees for upto 1-2 hours.

How to use:
1: Put the hardened heat/hot pack into water, in a saucepan and boil on the
stove until crystals have dissolved, approx 5-10 Mins

2: Once pack has cooled down, you can then re-use it again at any time.

CAUTION:
Do not touch directly after boiling
Check for leaks periodically
