Normal DELIVERY TO YOUR DOOR in the UK is usually 5 to 7 Business Days once payment has cleared – outside of the UK can be slightly longer.
Please allow 2 business days initially to process your order – plus 4 days for packaging, despatch & final delivery (often sooner).
We no longer automatically accept deliveries to all of the EU outside of the UK on eBay, This has mostly been brought on by problems with deliveries & customs clearance in Southern Europe, particularly Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Spain, Portugal, France & Italy – If you are in the EU outside of the UK & are blocked from buying on our eBay listing , please contact us and we may make an exception depending on your location in the EU.

You will receive a confirmation email of the order immediately on eBay and a confirmation of payment direct from PayPal.
All items we have arranged to be delivered securely by EXPRESS COURIER – using DHL for deliveries in the UK. DHL, FedEx or UPS whichever is the fastest to your country outside of the UK. A tracking number will be supplied once the item is packaged and ready to start it’s journey – you can then monitor it’s progress via the couriers supplied web page.

We will contact you 24 hours before despatch with a courier tracking number and web address to check the tracking. All shipments include insurance and tracking ! Couriers require a signature from the recipient at the time of delivery – as this is a fast and secure way to have your items delivered safely. · If you believe that the package is damaged or has been tampered with in any way – it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the courier delivery driver at the time of delivery – if you sign for the goods , it’s much more difficult to pursue a claim later. If a delivery is confirmed lost , stolen or damaged before receipt , we will work with the courier directly on your behalf to obtain information and arrange a refund or re-delivery at no expense to yourself. An order can be cancelled with a full refund as long as the item is still in the early processing stage and has not been picked and packed or been sent to the couriers for despatch - this is usually within the first 3 days after placing the order. If an item we are selling becomes unavailable after purchase because of unforseen circumstances (ie it's been recalled or it has been replaced by an upgraded model) we will contact you and offer an alternative item at a discounted price or give a full refund immediately, whichever is chosen by yourself. Please note that due to the fact that we sell a lot of items daily both on eBay, other auction sites and the official Electronics Genie website - This may mean occasionally that some stock items in this website store may become unavailable at short notice, if that is the case, the item may have to be specially ordered in for you & it may be delivered direct from my allocation with my overseas suppliers or manufacturers to ensure that you receive the item without delay at no extra courier cost to avoid waiting for a new container shipment to arrive at our depot. If there is any delivery paperwork this procedure is handled by your courier – the courier may need to contact you direct to confirm details of delivery. If in the unlikely event there is any import duty or vat to pay on the specially ordered goods based on each individual countries import rules including the UK (only applicable to special orders as above) & EU (this is variable by country and usually only involves a vat charge in most, which is standard on all items sold in the UK & Europe, even then ,for the UK this is not always applicable & often no vat charge is incurred for special orders) – The courier will inform you of the import fee to pay (if any) & will require payment at the time of delivery or just after delivery – any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient / buyer. We (the seller) are not responsible for any costs incurred by your countries customs or local authority. The recipient / buyer is also responsible to pay the outward and return delivery costs if they decide not to accept the delivery for whatever reason including non payment of any duty - apart from damaged goods or packaging upon receipt. Please do not query packing and delivery charges after purchase , all our rates are subsidised by us to bring you even better value and are based on actual quoted rates from the above courier companies worldwide. 12 MONTH GUARANTEE / WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY 12 Month Guarantee / Warranty:- In the unlikely event there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unusable during the 12 months starting from the date of receipt of the item – We will arrange details for the item to be returned to the manufacturers to either repair or replace the item or offer a refund. The cost of returning the item for repair , replacement or refund under the warranty to the manufacturer are payable by the buyer / original recipient · Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty , opening products up to repair or modify components invalidates the warranty . Flashing the firmware or using non supplied / approved software also invalidates the warranty. Please ensure that the correct item is ordered for the country you live in, eg NTSC, SECAM, PAL , DVB-T Broadcasting , power supply & choice of colour if applicable etc. Please ensure that if purchasing a car in dash multi media unit that it is installed by a specialist as wrongly fitting these high tech units can cause internal problems making the unit not operate to their full capacity and may invalidate the 12 months manufacturers warranty. We accept returns of unwanted or unsuitable items back to the original despatch source address at the buyers expense - only if we have been notified via email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The item must be then be returned to the original despatch source address, sealed & in a fully re-saleable condition within 14 days. Return costs are the buyers responsibility & it is advisable to use a tracked delivery. A restocking and administration fee may apply & depreciation costs to resell up to 20% of the original sales value of the item & the refund will only be for the item cost itself and not the original delivery costs. Once a return is agreed between us and yourself (the buyer) we will give you all the relevant details about how to return the item and what else is required. It may be that the item is fine, but a particular part is missing or not working or the item has been wrongly connected - we are always here to help to solve any problems before it reaches the stage of returning an item and the costs involved with doing that. |
COPYING NOTICE to Other Sellers :- Deliberate copying of our listed information, wording, ad style, format, company name, logo and/or pricing on our eBay listings or website will be taken very seriously and reported to eBay (this does not apply to available manufacturer specs or pictures).
