This is a robotic loader and unloader workcell  system.  It utilizes XY Robotic systems, with accurate vision placement.  It was used to move hard drive disks back and forth into a sputtering system.  The applications are many and varied.  It would also be used in the manufacturing of solar panels, sign making, or many other areas.  There is a video link below, or a video file can be sent on request.

Automated and Robotic Workcell Loader and Unloader .  This is the MINT loader automated Workcell   Built in 2007. P/N-100003059. With (3) CCD Cameras. 208VAC, 3Ph, 50/60Hz.

This was used by a fortune 500 company, in the testing of hard drives, and related software. The cost to build was $380,000. 

The robotic functions, and workcell applications can be used for many, and various applications.

There are also many valuable robotic parts that could be re-used in this system. There are 1 axis units, 2 axis units, and 4 axis units. There are hundreds of senvors, vision systems.

Includes 4-Axis Cartesian (XYZ-Theta) loading/unloading robots, and incorporates a 95mm disp, sputter system pallet loader and unloader.
