Issue in Fine condition, light wear and perhaps some small imperfection but better than average. Minor aging/browning only of interior pages.

Featuring Ed Big Daddy Roth who was very cool. Camaro inset also on front cover.

USPS Media - $4.00. Insurance not available.
USPS Priority - $6.00. Insurance is available at $1.75.

Canada: USPS First Class International - $6.00 (with registration $17.00).

International: USPS First Class International - $12.00 (with registration $23.00). 

Insurance on international purchases requires registration which is an addition of $11.00 to the FCI rate, plus insurance fee of $1.75.
