We follow Ebay Protocol and will file the appropriate paperwork for non-payers. COMPLETE TERMS & CONDITIONS - LONG VERSION: Please read before bidding: AUCTION SALES: All sales are final and items are sold “as-is.” No returns, no money back, and no buyer’s remorse. Buyers need to do their own research before bidding, to read our auction items description and ask us as many questions as needed and/or ask for additional photos before bidding. We will respond most often within 24 hours. Unless otherwise specified, all merchandise is “used.” We do wipe items down but do not detail-clean. We are not professionals and we research to the best of our ability but cannot know everything about every item. Our objective is to find a new home for items we no longer use or need. CLAIMS: Anyone with damaged freight or loss of a package due to the shipping CARRIER we have chosen must give all information to 4COOLSTUFF2 within ten (10) days or the claim will not be able to be filed as there is a time limit for the carriers to accept a claim after the package has been delivered. Whenever either of the situations mentioned above occurs, you must keep all packaging material, photograph damages, and get a verifiable estimate for repairs, or a verifiable estimate stating that the item cannot be repaired, and forward by email all documentation pertaining to the claimed shipment. You must send 4COOLSTUFF2 your contact phone number so the CARRIER can make an appointment to inspect the damaged merchandise in order for the claim to be paid. If this is not done the BUYER will forfeit your right to file any claim, with, for or against 4COOLSTUFF2, and we will no longer be responsible to file a claim on your behalf. Shipping fees are not refundable. If the item is lost, we will file the claim for that amount including the price paid for the item, and hopefully the CARRIER will pay this, but there is no guarantee regarding the amount the CARRIER will pay. COMBINED SHIPPING: We do combine shipments if we are notified prior to auctions ends that you have purchased multiple items before we have packaged each item separately. Any multiple items purchased will be shipped in separate boxes if we feel it is best for the safety of your shipment and purchases. COMPLAINTS: If you have any problem, please follow Ebay Protocol and contact us to try and resolve the issue before leaving Negative Feedback. We are honest Ebayers and do our best to treat everyone fairly. We want happy customers and will gladly work with you to resolve any genuine problems, but we can only do so if you contact us first. DAMAGES: 4COOLSTUFF2 will enter a claim on behalf of the BUYER for any item damaged by the CARRIER. However the BUYER must email or send pictures of the broken item(s) and photos of the box. BUYER must also keep all packaging materials for inspection until the claim has been paid, along with sending BUYER’S phone number for the CARRIER to arrange for an inspection (if needed). BUYER must also obtain a repair estimate if the item can be repaired. All information must be given to 4COOLSTUFF2 within seven (7) days of receiving your package in order for the claim to be processed by the CARRIER. We do not refund shipping costs. CARRIER pays claims only if items are properly packaged and the damage is not the fault of 4COOLSTUFF2, but by the CARRIER’S handling of the merchandise. ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS: All electrical items need to be taken to qualified electricians or your local lamp shop prior to plugging into your home’s electrical system for additional safety, as we will not be responsible for your electrical circuit problems. Bulbs are not included, and any that are sent with lamps will not be guaranteed. Shades will be shipped separately for safety. INSURANCE: Insurance is optional. If you do not request insurance, 4COOLSTUFF2 will not be held responsible for any package(s) once it has been brought to a SHIPPER or CARRIER. We will assist if insurance has been purchased on a lost or damaged item. See below for instructions on lost or damaged items. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: If we do not have a shipping rate calculated, a complete mailing address and postal code must be provided in order for us to calculate a shipping rate. 4COOLSTUFF2 will not be responsible for any customs duty, brokerage fees, etc., applied to packages shipped through, for or from any country. If any country does not offer insurance or if you do not opt for insurance, 4COOLSTUFF2 will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages once we deliver it to a CARRIER. If you bought insurance and your item is lost or damaged, we will do all that is needed to file the claim. Remember, insurance only covers your purchase price and not your shipping fees. We are not responsible for shipping fees on lost, damaged or unwanted items. Also, 4COOLSTUFF2 does not write in lower prices when completing Customs Forms, as this is fraudulent. OVERSIZED ITEMS: Oversized items will be knocked-down in whole or in part to facilitate reasonable sized shipping cartons unless otherwise instructed by the winning bidder. Also see the “SHIPPERS” paragraph (below) for other options. Multiple purchases will be shipped in separate boxes if we feel it is best for the safety of your purchases. PAYMENT: All payments must be received through Paypal within seven (7) days. SHIPPING FEES: We do not refund shipping fees for any reason, so you have a concern in this regard, please contact us before bidding for shipping rates, or for any other question or concerns. For shipping quotes on items that we have not already calculated in an active auction, you must email 4COOLSTUFF2 before bidding. . Fragile items and large items obviously need more packaging materials and we try to ensure that your items are packaged safely and securely. We take pride in having our items arrive safely. We will choose which CARRIER is best suited for your shipment, and we check CARRIERS’ prices to get the best rate for our auction items. SHIPPERS: YOUR SHIPPING COMPANY: Pick-ups and packaging by a company you specify is an option, but it will be your responsibility to make all the arrangements.
