If shipping charges are not listed High bidder should send their address after the close of the auction to allow me to calculate shipping charges. (I estimate for small items, but I need to check your address and figure in insurance for larger items.) I am very fair with shipping charges and I will combine shipping on multiple orders.

Bidding upon any of the items offered by Arete Antiques entails acceptance
of the following terms and conditions of the sale :
1. Refunds and/or exchanges are handled at the discretion of the seller.
We encourage you to bid responsibly and do your research as we do not offer
refunds in cases where the buyer changes his/her mind. All shipping costs
as a result of approved refunds will be covered by the seller in all cases.
2. No responsibility is taken by Arete-Antiques for damage of goods in
transit. All care is taken to package and send your item to your specified
location. However we cannot guarantee the way your package is delivered or
handled by the appropriate postal service. Therefore we encourage you to
take out insurance for an additional charge in order to recoup your expenses
should any accident occur.
2. Arete-Antiques reserve the right to change the payment methods accepted
in order to close the sale. These payment options may differ according to
the buyer's location. If payment is accepted by cheque, items will only be
sent upon money being cleared.
