Up for Auction are the 2 gorgeous turquoise,
mustard and olive green gloss glazed
Antique pair of decorative plant stands.
735mm high x 255mm top round plant stand
one is a fraction shorter than the other say 733mm high!
They are very ornate in features with 3 stylized lions heads at the base of each in turquiose
and 3 cherubs heads on the middle ball section in mustard. The olive green section is also very fancy.
They are very old, Victorian I believe, they have a few chips here and there.
One has been broken and repaired and pretty well, such that unless you looked hard you would'nt see it. I have tried to show this repair in the 4th photo down and there is a chipped bit, which is on the lions foot of one as shown in photo.
They both have the letters Rd204088 hand stamped on the top of each stand.
I have been told by a dealer that the 'Rd' is for Royal Doulton.
You can make up your own mind on that though.
