Up for sale is this gorgeous cake plate, complete with chrome stand, from Royal Winton/Grimwades in their Julia chintz pattern in the Athena shape and dated 1952. The numbers 10 52 are incised into the back.

The plate is in excellent condition, measures just over 9" square and is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or stains and only minor crazing commensurate with its age. There is no wear to the gilt trim.

There is no wear or pitting to the chrome plated stand.
