We back up the quality merchandise we sell. If an item arrives with a defect or is of unexpected quality, simply email us a picture of the defect along with the Ebay item number. We cannot refund money unless we are sent proof of the item in question. We will then inspect the picture to determine if the defect was adequately described in the listing. If, after analyzing the pictures, we determine a refund is to be issued we will reimburse you for the item once we receive it in the mail. Unfortunately there are buyers out there who report falsely on the items they have received and that has led us to implement this new policy. Also, please ask questions prior to bidding!!
