Pickup and inspection is available at any time, by appointment ONLY. We will be happy to work around your schedule, but you MUST call us at least 24 hours in advance of coming in to pickup or inspect.Call Eddy (0403601335) to book an inspection or pickup time. We highly urge potential customers to call in and have a look before purchasing!

Payment information

We accept Paypal, bank deposit and cash on pickup. Cash on delivery only available to addresses in Inner Sydney.

Shipping

Pickup only, or contact Eddy if you live in Sydney metropolitan area. Customers are welcome to organise their own transport, but otherwise no shipping outside inner Sydney.

Terms and conditions

1. Once checkout is completed, payment should be received within 7 days. If payment is not received by then, a reminder will be sent. If still no payment is received, an unpaid item dispute will be raised immediately.
2. We must be notified of DOA (Damaged/dead on arrival) goods within 3 days in order for a refund to be claimed.
3. Insurance is included in all shipping prices, but in refund claims we CANNOT refund the shipping cost.
4. Warranty claims on all of our products require proof of purchase (eg. online reciept, cash reciept etc.)
5. Manufacturer's warranty only applies to defects of workmanship within the warranty period. We will NOT accept warranties claims caused by deliberate misuse, damage caused by the customer (accidental or otherwise) during transport or use or any other faults that were not present at the time goods were provided to the customer
