Please make payment by PayPal or bank transfer/deposit.  For bank transfer/deposit, please use your eBay User ID as the reference so I can be sure of who payments are from.

I endeavour to post items by the next working day following receipt of payment.

I always endeavour to minimise postage and packaging costs and I am willing to combine postage on multiple items whenever possible.

I am willing to arrange pickup.

I cannot take responsibility for losses or damage to an item once it has been posted but I will certainly help with any enquiries through Australia Post.  For added security, registered post is  recommended for mailing within Australia (cost $2.70).

REFUND POLICY:  I take great care to accurately describe items and I urge bidders to carefully read the item description before bidding.  But I am only human and do make mistakes...So, in the unlikely event of a significant error in my description, please contact me as I am always willing to work out a solution including refund, but any such contact should be made within 3 days of receiving an item.  Please note that I cannot refund simply because you have changed your mind, do not like the item, or because a bidder failed to fully read or comprehend an item description.
