Hand Made! Beautiful reproduction Edwardian Walking Suit. Museum Piece or unique Wedding outfit. Excellent representation of the look of the period.

The bodice is double breasted, very fitted and is designed to be worn over a corset. It has braid detail around the collar, cuffs and hemline. The bodice is waist length with small leg’o’mutton sleeves, it has a side front hook and eye closure. Teamed with a gorgeous 5 panel gored skirt. The skirt has matching braid detail around bottom of skirt. The skirt drapes beautifully over a bum-pad (included) and finishes with a fish tail effect at the back. The dickie front is made in satin with wing tip collar and jabot.

This piece was hand made for a fashion parade of period couture and as such the dickie front (neck detail pieces) have unfinished edges - they are not seen externally. The outfit is constructed of 100% cotton calico. All fabric is double thickness for weight, strength and drape.
