Our Portable Pet Homes / Soft Crates are the perfect travel companion for pet owners on the go. It combines the best features of a portable dog kennel and permanent pet shelter with the lightweight convenience and compact design appreciated by pet owners who demand quality. It weighs 90% less than similar sized plastic shelters and is the ideal product for pet shows, travel, camping and for use anywhere your pets goes. It is ideal for temporarily housing all types of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits and ferrets.

3 entry doors (front and two sides) provide easy access making this home ideal for car travel, especially in station wagons and 4WDs, as your pet can enter / exit from 1 of 3 directions. 3 sides feature roll up shutters which are secured in place using our unique fastening system (unlike other models which rely on 2 - 4 sewn in Velcro tabs per window / door which are unattractive and will deteriorate over time). Mosquito Proof tough mesh can be found at all openings providing adjustable ventilation. At the rear of the pet home you will find a window complete with roller shutter system.

Accessories include a convenient travel bag (with shoulder strap and storage pocket for treats, leash, toy etc) which is colour matched to your pet home. A sheepskin (mock wool) insert with removable and washable cover. Four tent pegs / stakes are supplied enabling you to secure your home to the ground when outdoors. Carry handle located on the roof line makes it easy to move around.

Our Portable Pet Homes are so versatile and extremely popular in the Cat World. The XL and XXL home provide ample room for cat bedding, a litter tray and a small scratching post. When given the freedom to come and go as they please, cats and kittens will choose to spend hours playing chase and hide and seek in and around their home. When they have had enough of play the pet home makes a wonderful cosy retreat for them to recoup in. Cat and dog breeders use them at shows and they are an ideal substitute for kittening and whelping boxes as they provide much need security and privacy.

The home is made of heavy-duty, tough 600-denier polyester for strength and durability and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It has 5 metal poles to keep the roof stable, unlike similar pet homes that only have 3 poles and can collapse under the slightest weight, rendering them unsafe and virtually useless. It folds down quickly and easily to less than 2" thick, taking up to 93% less space than other kennels.

A waterproof PVC coating backs the fabric making this unit water-resistant. Product is only classed as water-resistant as opposed to waterproof because of material around the zippers.

No Portable Pet Home is complete without an Easy Care Sleeper bed (washable) with raised sides or a thick Easy Care Mat with removable (washable) cover for added comfort. The Easy Care bedding range come in 3 colours: cream, tan or charcoal and are available for purchase via our eBay store. They are made with high quality mock-lambs wool. Please specify your colour selection in order of preference upon checkout if adding bedding to your purchase (colour selection subject to availability, as some colours may be out of stock from time to time).
