Return Policy:
- We will gladly refund money only during 7 days from items postage date excluding postage fee.
- During the 7 days period all items to be replaced or collected, Powerland will provide a return ticket with the new item to replace the faulty one or to collect the faulty one for a refund.
- All items needed to be returned for warranty purposes after the 7 days period, the postage cost will be on the purchaser’s expense in both directions. (Sending & Receiving)
