The item is sold as a trade lot with no guarantee or warranty expressed or implied. This sale is not classed as a consumer sale within the meaning of the Supply of Goods. By bidding on or purchasing this item you are agreeing that you are purchasing this item for the purposes of trade.

CONDITION
Condition is very subjective and is an expression of my opinion. Unless otherwise stated please bear in mind that you are buying a used / previously owned item - the condition will usually reflect this. Disagreement between the buyer and seller over cosmetic condition shall not support the case for disputing the transaction.

PAYMENT
Cheques, postal order, bank transfer and Paypal are accepted. Non UK based bidders must pay via Paypal. Please include the item number with any postal payment. Allow 4 days for cheque clearance.

Payment must be received within 7 days from the close of the auction. The unpaid item process is automatically started on the 8th day.

POSTAGE & COLLECTION
Postal charges relate to the UK only. International bidders please ask for a quote. Multiple purchases do not qualify for postage discounts. Items will only be posted to the address provided by paypal.

RETURNS
The item is non returnable.

I will not end items early as a result of offers made to purchase items on auction.
