If you have ordered the wrong size and you need a replacement part, we will replace that item. However, you must reply to our "Connector Type Verification" request. If you did not reply and you need replacement parts, you will have to pay a $2(USA) administration fee which is non-negotiable and must be paid before your replacemnt parts are shipped. Please note that we will only issue you a refund if you have a legitimate reason for requesting a refund. Reasons such as; Picture shopping, impulse buying, I no longer need them, my DVD player is broken, I found my lost connectors, etc… are not legitimate reasons for requesting a refund and such a request would be in violation of eBay's fair trading policies.
If we have sent you the wrong item by a mistake made on our part, please email us and we will replace that item and we will also pay for the return shipping. If you the buyer purchased the wrong item and did not return our “Connector Type verification” request, you will have to pay the admin fee for the replacement item. Your replacement item will be shipped after your original set has been returned to us and your $5 admin fee has been paid. We can not ship your replacements before your original set has been returned so please do not ask. Shipping fee for this item is; $2.00 All shipping fees are non-refundable.
