Shipping and Handling:

• We only post within Australia (Interstate), for the same postage fee listed.
• Our items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of when payment is cleared.

  • PICK UPS ARE NOT POSSIBLE as we process all ebay orders in other location or through our suppliers directly.
  • Items that are more than 1kg are all sent REGISTERED.

  • No weekend or after hours delivery available.
  • No refunds on postage.
  • Customer must pay postage fee for any item that was not picked up from post/courier, and has been RETURNED TO SENDER, unless it is our fault.

    

  Combined postage:

   

  • To combine postages you have to pay full for the highest shipping cost, and receive 50% off other items which must be paid together.
  • We do not combine postage for items purchased on different dates.

  • As factory second all items have been tested and completed with all accessories, any errors or missing parts in the item is unintentional.
  • Warranty is not covered on lcd and plasma tv's for up to 3 dead pixels
  • We are committed to work through any issues you may have in accordance with our policies unless negative feedback has been left or threatened.

  Return Policy:

   

  • We will gladly refund money only during 7 days from items postage date excluding postage fee.
  • During the 7 days period all items to be replaced or collected, Powerland will provide a return ticket with the new item to replace the faulty one or to collect the faulty one for a refund.
  • All items needed to be returned for warranty purposes after the 7 days period, the postage cost will be on the purchaser’s expense in both directions. (Sending & Receiving)

  • You can claim warranty as stated in description as long as you can provide us with your user name, item number and date of purchase.
  • All products are factory seconds unless stated otherwise.
  • All accessories are included, unless stated otherwise.
  • It is possible that some factory second  products packaging may not be packed in its original box.(Different box)
  • We will leave feedback for all successful transactions, not that we do not trust our customers, but to ensure that all transactions are completed.
  • 10% of the bidding price is applicable for all cancelled bids.
