WARRANTY CLAIM: Always email us to get a RA (return authorization) approval before returning any items. If the item is DOA (dead on arrival) within 10 days from the date of dispatch, simply return the item to us (postage for returning items to us is at our expense) and we will liable for posting the item back to you. If the item is faulty and fall after 10 days, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.
