Here is a nice, early, BIM (blown in mold), ground lip, product or fruit jar, 5.5 inches tall, turning a nice shade of light amethyst, also called SCA or Sun Colored Amethyst, complete with original metal lid. Looks approximately pint size, I did not measure it. Early jar with nice ground lip and original metal lid. EARLY one.

Great for the collector of Ball Mason product fruit jar jars bottle bottles.

CONDITION: Near Mint, NO chips, cracks or dings. and the jar is very clean. Normal, very minor, nicking by the ground lip. Lid is solid, no holes or rust, some of the plating on the lip is worn off, see close up picture above. I grade this one a 9.5 on a scale of 1 to 10.
