This splitter allows you to connect your scanner directly to the car radio antenna and still have use of the car's AM/FM radio.

It will improve the scanners reception enormously!

NEW IMPROVED DESIGN NOW BEING SUPPLIED! TWIN-SHIELDED CABLE AND GOLD PLATED CONNECTORS ARE STANDARD!

Outperforms On-Glass wideband antennas and suction cup antennas.

The advantages of utilising the existing car antenna:

*No need for an expensive (ie. easily stolen) dedicated scanning antenna elsewhere on the vehicle.

*No one would know you have a scanner in the car (no scanning antenna visible).

*Many late model vehicles do not have suitable mounting points for external antenna brackets.

Will it work with my scanner?

YES! This will work with ALL scanners. Includes Digital and Analogue.

Some older scanners have a Motorola socket (like a car radio). A modified cable can be supplied (add $2). Please state if you need this when buying at the end of the auction.

The frequency range of this splitter is 5 to 1000 Mhz.  All the popular frequencies such as Police, Ambulance, Emergency Services,

Aviation band, UHF CB, Amateur radio etc can be received.

The BNC-BNC (1.5 metres) cable that connects the scanner to the splitter has been improved with
strain-relief plugs and it can be quickly disconnected from the splitter.
All cables (as shown) are supplied.
