This is a scarce First Prefix 1995 $5.00 note. However, it is creased and has been used in circulation. Regardless of that, these notes are so scarce they are still valuable no matter what their condition is. They are extremely hard to find, so when one comes up, it is worth bidding on. The serial number is... HC95 439722.  I also have the Last Prefix for 1995, and I will be putting it up for auction also.
