Condition is fairly good condsidering age / nature of item. Right side edge of front cover missing some small pieces, small (approx. 1.5cm) piece missing top spine; small tear to back side edge. Cover corners / edges showing general wear. Interior generally clean & straight (the first 3 pages have had top corner folded. Couple grubby spots (eg see pic#2). Several minor marks / smudges). Structurally sound.
