The preferred payment modes are paypal, transfer/deposit in our HSBC, UK account. Bank details to be provided on request. Personal cheque, cashier’s cheque and bank order is accepted in US$ & GBP only. Postal order also acceptable but only in GBP please. No postal orders in any other currency.

- Shipping -

The shipping cost of air mail service of Pakistan Post is GBP 15.00 with 10 days delivery time and the DHL express shipping cost is GBP 35.00 with 4 days delivery time (Tracking Available on www.dhl.com).

- Insurance -

All the shipments are comprehensively insured so that we can enjoy a risk free trade. If you don’t receive your packet within 21 working days from the date of dispatch, just let us know and we will dispatch the second packet after initial investigation.

- Return & Refund Policy -

Please let us know any discrepancy in the product before moving to return and refund. You will be accommodated in your best interest otherwise return and refund option is there. In such a case the goods must be returned back in 7 days of receipt. The return costs to be bourn by the buyer. The product cost will be refunded after the product is received back. The expences paid and incurred earlier on your behalf like handling, packing, shipping and insurance charges are not supposed to be refunded.
