Q: Where can I find support for my Telstra Card?

A: Telstra Card support

Network access. The Telstra GT Max Card is designed as a multi-access solution, supporting access to mobile data services over GSM, GPRS, EDGE, UMTS and HSDPA. The Telstra GT Max card will work on both 850Mhz and 2100Mhz frequencies but is optimised for use within Australia on the 850Mhz HSDPA band (Next G™ network). The card also operates on the 900/1800Mhz networks; 900Mhz supports EDGE/GPRS when outside of 850Mhz range.
International roaming settings. To allow your mobile broadband device to connect to all the frequency bands listed above, you will need to download and run the international roaming setting. This opens up the 2100Mhz range, which is the predominant 3G band in Europe. You can choose this setting while in Australia; however, this is not recommended, as you will be unable to seamlessly switch back to the Next G™ network when you return. This setting is available for the Telstra GT Max card on your installation CD ROM or by downloading the Telstra GT Max Band Configurator. You must also contact Telstra to activate international roaming on your Telstra mobile broadband Next G™ service 24 hours before you intend to access the internet while overseas. Network locking. The Telstra GT Max Card is programmed to operate only on Telstra's Next G™ and GSM networks. If you would like to use a non-Telstra SIM in a Telstra GT Max Card, a network unlocking fee will apply. This is set out in Our Customer Terms and available at www.telstra.com.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

All warranty claims must be referred to manufacturer first (Refer to manufacturers website for details) – this includes early life failure within the first 30 days.

Only accept item in original condition within 60 days from our invoice day. Proof of purchase is required for all return or refund. (NO EXEMPTIONS)

Postage and Handling cost for item are not refundable.

An eBay Mutual agreement (electronic eBay e-mail) must be accepted before money is returned.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION

We only ship items within Australia and New Zealand.

We only ship your item to your eBay registered address. If you want to post your item to a different address please edit new address on the checkout.

All orders will be delivered to the address specified between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday only (Excluding Public Holidays). NOTE: If no one will be at the specified address between these times please choose Australia Post option for delivery as it will be placed at you local Post office for pick up. Courier will require a signature from the receiver.

Australia Post and Australia Air Express charges us a returning fee for returned parcels, this fee as well as the cost to resend will have to be paid by the Buyer before item can be resent.

All items will be dispatched within 24 hours when full payment is received and confirmed by our bank. Please allow up to 5 working days for items to be delivered.

All pick up items must be paid in full (cash only) upon pick up, no cheque or bank deposit, handling fee applies. No Agents or Couriers.

EXPRESS POST - We use Australia Post Express satchels. NOTE: These cannot be insured but are trackable.

REGISTERED POST - Sent with Australia Post registered post. These are insurable – refer to insurance option below.

COURIER - We use Australian Air Express overnight service. They will attempt to deliver from us (in Melbourne) to any of the Australian major cities the next business day. Outside these areas it will take 2 business days or even 3 business days for some areas in Northern WA and outback NT. This option cannot be insured but are trackable. NOTE: Buyer incurs any additional freight charges including redelivery or redirection if no person is able to sign for the delivery.
