- If a product is found defective or incompatible with your setup, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and return the item to us. We will issue a refund or brand new replacement item.
- If a working product is returned under our no-quibble 14 day return service (for instance, it is not supported by your TV), you will be liable for the return postage cost.
- Returned item must be in the original package with eBay invoice.
