The Trojan® resistance training band set, can be used as part of any workout routine whether it be for rehabilitation, to tone using, step, pilates, aerobics, yoga, P90x or simply using the kit to recreate over 100 of the best gym exercises, with the added benefit of being easy on the joints.

The kit comes with 3 bands - 1 x light resistance, 1 x medium & 1 x heavy. Using the detachable foam padded handles, you can clip from 1 band to all 3 at the same time, creating the variety of resistance levels required by each individuals workout requirements.

All exercises can be completed in your own space in your own time without the need for those expensive gym memberships or the need for an extra room to assemble your home gym

The kit even comes with a mesh bag, for easy storage and portability, so its great to travel with.
