Payment. Payment should be made within 3 days of the end of the auction. If you are unable to do so, please email me.
Postage. Items are posted within 2-4 days of receiving payment. Please confirm your address in the checkout to avoid lost packages.
All items are posted in plain non-marked packages (very discrete).
All parcels are sent registered post.
If you do not receive parcel please contact us ASAP within 7 days AND before leaving negitive feedback.
Combined postage.
100% of the highest postage is paid for the 1st item and $5.00 for each additional item.
(but you must complete the checkout with all items together to receive the discount).
So for example, if you buy 2 items and the postage for each item is $9.95,
you pay $9.95 for the 1st item and second item is $5.00 giving a total of $14.95 for both REGISTERED.
3 items $19.95 etc.
Check out. For multiple purchases please complete the checkout once the last item has finished. Please also email me to let me know that you are bidding on multiple items.
Feedback. Once you have received your item, please take the time to leave me positive feedback and I will do the same for you.
Refunds/Exchange. Please choose very carefully and feel free to email me with any questions you have about the item prior to bidding, as due to the nature of these items I have a no refunds or exchange policy.
All items are quality checked prior to posting, but if the item arrives damaged please contact immediately (and before leaving feedback). I will exchange any defective items, which must be returned in their original condition & not worn.
