Items are sent via regular or express post. We strongly recommend Express post. Express post is registered with a tracking ID# and it usually guarantees next day delivery. Your item will be posted as soon as your payment is received. A confirmation email will be sent once posted with the tracking id#.
Make sure your postal address is current! I accept no responsibility for lost, damaged or unclaimed mail, once posted please understand it is in the hands of Australia Post. Platinum, registered post and insurance is recommended for items over the value of $100 and should be opted for at the buyer’s request.
1-3 light weight items up to 500gms costs:

1-3 heavier weight items up to 3 kilos costs:
Regular post =$8.00. Express Post = $11.00. International = please email us for an exact postage quote!
WE POST EXTREMELY FAST! In almost all cases items are posted on the same day or next business day after payment is received.
LISTEN UP! Winning bidder must select payment method and postage requirements directly after the auction ends. If payment is not received within 5 days, we will be forced to re-list the item, file a "non paying bidder" claim with eBay, leave negative feedback and issue a non paying strike on your account. We will also ban you from purchasing any of our items in the future. If you need a payment extension please email us prior to bidding we are very accommodating and super friendly.
Australian buyers: We prefer payment to be made by direct bank deposit. Our bank account details will appear as soon as you select pay by bank deposit at the checkout. Please leave your item number or ID name as a reference when making a payment. We also accept Money orders and Pay Pal payments.
International buyers: Please pay by Pay Pal. We also accept international bank deposits.
Due to the nature of selling one of a kind vintage clothing we do not offer refunds or returns given for clothing that does not fit. We provide all measurements on each item. If you have a question on how this garment fits please email us prior to bidding. Our advice is to compare the measurements noted to a similar garment you have at home that you know fits you well.
Our items are mainly vintage, so please do not expect them to be in brand new condition, unless stated otherwise. However we are very selective so our items are always of high quality. Any flaws will be noted in the item description. If we have overseen a flaw please contact us before leaving feedback, we are here to help and resolve any problems that may occur. Your satisfaction is our highest priority!
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we do offer an exchange to the same value (minus postage costs). Again we ask that you read the description carefully and check all measurements before bidding.
