Relevant Postage and Packaging Information (Please note: If I have stated that the item is Local Pick Up Only then the following postage information is not relevant to that item)

• I am happy if you live nearby and would like to pick the item up in person by prior arrangement.

• If the item is breakable (ceramic, glass) I post it by registered mail to insure against loss and minimise the chance of breakage. (Note that Australia Post will accept damage to an item only if the box arrives dented obviously through transit so always have a good look at the outside of the package when it arrives and keep it as proof if your item arrives damaged.)

ADDITIONAL NOTE

• Almost all my items are pre-loved, vintage or antique and are therefore sold as is. While I do not mention every little detail in terms of wear and tear, I always mention any significant damage (e.g. chips or cracks) so you know before you bid.

• At least 3 of us inspect each item before posting to verify the item is as described in the listing. We have an excellent reputation for our packaging standards and get consistently good feedback for which we are very proud. Therefore I do not accept responsibility after the item has been posted or picked up and you must be willing to follow up with Australia Post to redeem any insurance you feel you are entitled to should the item arrived broken.
