This is a very old and maybe vintage side or it could be the top panel from a butter box and it is made from wood/plywood. The centre printing reads: The Capel Dairy Company Limited. KAPELA .Capel. Around the outer edge are the words: Pasteurised Pure Creamery Butter. 56LBS Nett. WESTERN AUSTRALIA . The size of this item is 12 inches [30.5cms] x 10 1/2 inches [26.5cms] It is very clean considering it's age and it has the expected wear of an item this old. Around the outer edges you can see the nail marks from where it was nailed together to from a crate or box that would have held the butter. I will wrap it in bubble wrap for extra protection and the postage will be $5.40 within Australia plus an extra $2.70 if it is sent registered.
