These are great earrings!

EACH EARRING HAS A 32MM X 12MM ANTIQUED SILVER MUSIC NOTE, TREBLE CLEF CHARM.

SUSPENDED FROM HYPO ALLERGENIC SURGICAL STEEL EAR WIRES.

EARRINGS MEASURE 2 INCHES LONG FROM THE TOP OF THE EAR-WIRES.

I use hypo allergenic surgical steel ear wires instead of sterling silver.  Surgical steel is much more durable, doesn't need the constant cleaning and maintenance, and is a much stronger product.
