Could be part of a dress uniform.

Perfect for a lady to wear with a Scottish heritage.

Stamped on the back are the Initials. D.B.in Capital letters. (I think they are D.B.) Possible Makers Mark.

On the back is a bar with circular clasp do up.

In beautiful condition.  Nicely Polished.  Measures. 4.5 x 4 cm.
